Primal after website redevelopment

Behind This Project

For some small businesses I wholeheartedly believe that starting with a do-it-yourself website builder—like Squarespace or WIX—is the right choice. When a business is just starting out it’s sometimes difficult to tell what the benefits of a website can be, which in turn makes it more difficult to set marketing goals.

Primal Conditioning had done just that. They started with a DIY solution which worked well as a brochure website, however they had begun to outgrow it. They wanted more options for their visitors and, most importantly, they wanted their website to generate more leads and sales.

Primal Conditioning is a personal training gym. It’s not open to the public and only one class runs at a time. The first goal they wanted to achieve was for the website to help them acquire more memberships.

The new website was built and launched alongside a redesigned logo and within 9 months their in-person training sessions were completely booked. As wonderful as that is, it also meant that they had plateaued. To combat this issue they decided to extend their training to an online platform.

Once their online training materials were completed the website went into phase 2; shift the marketing focus from in-person to online. Once the site was restructured and the on-page content was updated to lead would-be clients to the online option they began to see more signups.

As of today the amount of visitors to their website has increased by 111.53% with new users increasing by 109.87%. Primal Conditioning also began to create content marketing for their website in the way of educational (non-sales focused) blog posts and articles which increased the amount of page views by 41.30%
